I am so excite you are here! If we have not met before, you are probably wondering who I am.
My name is Marise Tourigny. I've been on a quest for health and happiness my whole life which has evolved into a passion for understanding what it means to be human and live an extra-ordinary life. I never imaged it would open me up to a whole new dimension of life.
I have two fabulous kids and love long distance walking, and spending my time in nature.
After going through my own personal (and sometimes painful) awakenings and deep healing, I understand the challenges that come with feeling lost and disconnected. My personal journey through a divorce allowed me to awaken to a deeper part of myself by reclaiming my inner power, self-respect and worthiness. I have been able to reconcile my past and live in the present. Today, I feel grounded, alive, and inspired to help other women though their own transformative life transitions by helping them recognize their brilliance, live with greater power, fulfilment, joy and aliveness.
As a PCC Certified Coach with the ICF association , artist, healer, speaker, I offer both individual and group coaching sessions, Visual Medicine classes, and weekend retreats; all grounded in my years of study and practice in: coaching, mindset, emotional intelligence, emotional cleansing therapies, yoga, meditation, holistic nutrition, women's' health and advanced spiritual studies.
My insightful perspective fosters a space where women feel safe to go deep and transform their inner dialog to one of self-love and acceptance. As we work together they get to find their voice, and earn the respect and love they deserve. I am passionately driven by my mission to help women navigate their personal and emotional challenges, so they can live their lives with authenticity, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose.
