Hi! I'm Marise Tourigny , and I help women going through life transitions and feel disconnected from their truth and inner compass rediscover what it means to live an authentic and empowered life without compromising themselves.

Zoom offers an incredible flexibility and convenience for online sessions. I am happy to offer you a complimentary Zoom meet-and-greet to show you the ease of use and answer any concerns you may have with this online technology.
How effectiveness are the online Group Coaching sessions?
Clients have bonded and experienced profound transformation both online and in person. I am happy to share with you testimonials of past participants. If you are dissatisfied after your first session and do not wish to continue, I will gladly refund you.
